Services and Scope
Focus Frame provides appointment-based photography services in Medellín, including product photography for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers. Any session scope, shot list, styling needs, and deliverables are subject to review and confirmation before work begins.

Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted based on product count, views, styling, and retouched files, and payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day. Any commercial terms apply only as confirmed for the relevant booking or project.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference material, and approval of the shot list or sample setup when requested. Focus Frame may decline or revise a request if the scope is unclear, incomplete, or outside the agreed project conditions.
Policy Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, previews, and edited files remain subject to the applicable copyright and license terms. No RAW files, rejected frames, or unedited camera files are included by default, and any use rights are limited to the agreed license.

Service Limitations
Services are provided with reasonable professional care, but Focus Frame does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, colors, reflections, textures, proportions, or backgrounds. Retouching does not include deceptive alterations, identity changes, or results beyond the agreed scope.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Colombia, and any dispute should first be raised through good-faith contact with Focus Frame. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in Medellín, as applicable.
